Seems like there's a lot missing in this regard.  HVAC/Plumbing is about an ocean deep and I only see Solar and Geothermal as forum headers.  Both have great applications but are niche fields.

My specific search here is for reference material for sand/gravel heat sinks (also known as thermal mass).  In which forum should this go?
