it's your forum IQ

j/k... not 100% sure but i believe it has to do with your "status" (which is based on the number of posts). You are an Advanced Member so you get three bars... newbies start with one and increase as their posts increase.

And what about the dots after our names? What do the red and green colors signify? Logged in status?
Even a retired engineer can build a house successfully w/ GBT help!

Yup- Green means the user is logged in, Red means the user is not.
