I need some help figuring out how to stop unwanted copies of thread posts being sent to my email address. These are threads I have never even visited, much less subscribed to. Anyone have any ideas?

Go into your profile and choose forum tracking. For each there is a e-mail icon. Just tap the ones that you don't want

If you want to silence them all together you can mark them spam through your email provider.
