We have a very small project - building an 64 square foot outdoor sulcata house (in all seriousness, 100+ pound tortoise), which ICF would be well suited: must insulate well, electrics installed, heated, withstand hurricane winds, and flexible design.

Our challenge is finding ICF forms:  manufactures are extremely reluctant to break up pre-packaged ICF sets and would rather sell a truckfull.

Are there area distributors that would be better suited to find material (and where are they)?  Would area ICF builders be approachable for such a small project?  We are in Alabama.

Just determine which mfg are typically available in your area, then ask for a referral to a contractor. Then you can piggyback on one of their orders compensating the contractor for his time!
