My neighbor/contractor nailed down Hardie backer on my kitchen subfloor to prepare it for tile... my question is "regarding electric radiant heat panels ...i have the nu heat... is the hardie backer a suitable surface to install the radiant panels and then the tile which in this case will be marble tile."
