What's the most efficient and cost effective housewrap to use on OSB SIPs with Fiber Cement Siding & Stucco?

It's apparent that Tyvek has the greatest market share and name recognition, but then again...

Typar passes all 3 of the WRB test Tyrek only passes 2

[surfactants is anything that effects the water hold out of a product--cedar and redwood gives off surfactants]
Typar breathability helps to control solar driven moisture
Typar will not deteriate

Dupont's Tyvek's literature states that Typar product is manufactured differently, (meaning not as good?).

Another newer wrap is GreenGuard by Pactiv, which also makes a RainDrop Housewrap that looks interesting.
