A 900 or so sq ft shell with rough plumbng and electrical weathered in no exterior insulation is at $28.33 per sq ft
add $6,000 for exterior insulation and waterproofing and sealer.
When there are no delays shell can be completed in 2 weeks.
I guess you are referring to the standard looking house you built? What was the construction time to completion? Whenever you can blow on a product time to build is reduced dramatically. Airforms are not my favorite forming method and will use an alternative method of forming any further structures unless the design requires such.
I am currently promoting the $50,000 dome. I will build each dome module for $50,000 turn key. Using several domes a 2000 sq ft home can easily be built for $100,000.

Always trying to think out of the box but unfortunately as I have said previously a person cannot get a construction loan if there are no comparables within 50 or so miles of construction and this is where your design has all the pluses

I also build and sell storm shelters. Do a type of tilt wall structure. Efficient and cheap to build. Can build quick as needed. What is a good way to market. Not a lot of funds.
