My ICF distributer/builder uses and recommends TAMKO TW-60 sheet waterproofing membrane along with their mastic for sealing all joints and edges.

TAMKO TW-60 link

TAMKO TMW-1 Mastic link

Enter your zip code in the block provided at the top of each page to find your closest distributer/dealer.

What would be the best products to use if you have to excavate and install for an existing basement with ICF's? I will use a dimple board but what waterproofing will work the best under the dimple board if the ICF's are dirty and have some moisture it them?

I had to do a remediation job on a botched peel and stick over icf's. We used a pressure washer to clean the dirt off then a electic leaf blower to dry the surface. Fixed the bad seams on the peel and stick then hung DMX over the top. That was three years ago and no problem.
