Dunno if you have found the Anderson/Sargent zero energy house in Dallas, built with R14 Durisol. Someone there should be a font of wisdom on building with Durisol in Texas. To toss some other names in the mix: Rastra and Apex are closer to you than Durisol. Shipping hurts.
