We are building a new house this year. Probably with nudura Icf blocks. We want to put radiant in floor heating in the basement. Is there such a  thing as a propane boiler? Natural Gas is not available in our area. We really don't want oil. Also what are my heating options for the main floor of the bungalow. It will be about 2400 square feet. Dh used to do foundations. Dh's former boss and him will be doing the ICF blocks and the putting the piping in the basement floor for the radiant heating. Edited to add that we are in Ontario Canada just north of Toronto.

Go ahead and google "condensing propane boiler" or "propane boiler". Many/most NG boilers on the market come in propane fired versions (and the propane versions typically have slightly higher combustion efficiency, due to the lower dew point of propane exhaust vs. NG exhaust. am artifact of it's higher CO2 content, but that's just a detail...) Don't worry, there are propane boilers of all types, sizes & efficiencies to work with.

Be sure you've designed the whole tubing layout & slab insulation before you pour- reconfiguring after the fact isn't very economical.
