Hi all, my first post here. I have a radiant system in my home, its a out door wood fired unit that feeds a slab and an upstairs air handler. I can drain the 200 gallon tank and fill with fress cold well water and it cools my home great for a couple days untill the water in the tank heats up from both exchange temps and outdoor ambient temps. I have a capped salt water well that I tested and it has plenty of cold water available to act as the exchanger. My problem is that it is 130 feet deep. To get the water down and back up is too much for the little Taco volume pum so that means something with pressure. Any one have advice on the right choice for a pump that will do the job with out "over pressure" on the system?

You are going to create a vertical closed loop in the well? Depends on the flow you need, but a Taco pump will be able to circulate the water.

Yes, it will be a closed loop system, thinking 1 inch pex connected to 1 inch copper as the exchanger. The well has a static level of 7 feet but i thought I would coil the copper and try for 20 feet. I was wondering if a pump to force the water down and another at the top to help pull and to push upstairs would work. Any thoughts?

The ups and downs cancel out - so I wouldn't worry about the pump.
