Does Earthlink or any of the other DX manufacturers have the small console or hotel style units? Or even if someone is working towards one in the next few years?

They don't, but one could be "pieced" together if necessary. It would probably be a great fit. Usually what we've done is to have a central DX unit heating and chilling water. Then we use hydronic console units.

One thing on a console unit, though, is that the EarthLinked DX product is limited on the small end to a 1.5 ton unit. Lots of console units in the water source world are .5, .75, 1, 1.25 ton units. If this size is needed, we turn to the hydronic console units and heat and chill water with a central heat pump for the structure.
