Ok here is my problem,
System going off on high head, dx system ,w/ priority DHW
hot water side 100% causeing trips
pulled circ. ,clean and operational
remove swing check, had another trip
Problem in intermitant, will cycle from static or off of heat several times , acheive DHW temps of 110 with pressures under 315
But will not last more then 24 hours
I know my problem is gpm with a partial blockage
All piping and tank brand new
According to installer anti-siphon was remove ( I beleive him )
Any thoughts or experience before we replace a brand new tank?

Blockage in lines to / from DHW tank?

Check Delta-T across DHW Heat Exchanger of unit?

yeah , I was only able to recreate the trip once in about 100 attempts , and it rose so fast I couldnt take measurments but the temp split droped off , it all my tests during normal operation it was 15.

All the pipeing is new , my thinking is something floating around in the tank getting sucked into the dip tube from time to time ( brand new tank , good installer ) ever seen that?

Intermittent DHW circ pump?
