Ann Arbor's Humane Society of Huron Valley is getting a brand new shelter for homeless cats and dogs. A closed-loop geothermal system heats and cools the 30,000 square-foot building. An energy recovery system reduces waste, while plenty of fresh air is supplied. The new shelter is expected to be ready for occupancy early in October. Regards, Masoud
