Well it's November now, only two months before the we can begin to file our tax returns. And still no instructions from the IRS on how to claim our 2009 Geothermal Tax credits.  The only thing I can find is the 2008 forms and instructions. I'm hoping there will be some kind of loophole that will allow me to take additional rebates over the 2008 tax credit I recieved, but I'm not too hopeful. Time getting shirt, how much longer before th IRS gets it's act together?

If the draft 2009 form is not changed then it looks like you'll be out of luck. It's not finalized, but the draft was completed in July.

The location you linked is the form only, it says on the form to "See Instructions", I looked in the directory you got the form from, but no instructions. Do you know where a draft of the instructions are for the form?
