I have some exterior walls exposed due to another project.  I want to replace the crappy fiberglass batt insulation with foam board insulation.  What should I do about a vapor barrier?  Inside or outside surface or none?  If the foam has foil, which way should it face?  I live in Tennessee.  Not the deep south but still hot/humid in summer.
Thanks
