I recently attended the state fair of MN which is known for being one of the largest in the country. I could not believe all the interest in the ECO experience building from last year. Our booth traffic was up over 40% and the fair attendence was up over 50,OOO from last year. This tells me people were not driving or flying on vacations but staying home or close to it and I am sure gas prices had something to do with it. With this said, the amount of people interested in either SIPS, ICF's or our system which is integrally insulated concrete walls or foundations was amazing. Last year many did not know what an ICF or a SIP was and this year almost everyone knew what these two systems were. We are still in the branding stages and did find some repeat visitors from last year which was nice. Hats off the ICF and SIP industries and the marketing efforts that have made these products so well known. I look for many customers from the fair to use one of these three systems.

Hi Jaimie I think you'll find that many people in Minnesota are at least interested in green building techniques. I personally had come back to the cities from near Fargo to get to the Fair and visit the ECO Experience because I am looking to build a new home. With the recent Home building boom faultering as it is now there are still Many Optimistic and well financed people willing to throw caution to the winds and go ahead with their project. I for one am forced to go ahead reguardless of market conditions.
