Greetings! This is my first post to the forum, though I've been lurking for a while. I am a member of the local builder's green building committee but lack a lot of knowledge in this area! I work for a company that generates a steady amount of dust primarily from MDF-core panels, but also mixed with shavings from a couple shapers and an edgebander. Right now, it collects into a mid-sized dumpster that gets dumped with the other end cuts and unusables en route to an incinerator. The cost is reasonable, but I wish I knew of a better use for the (by)product. Is there a better place to send this? Thus far, http://stcloud.craigslist.org/sss/ hasn't had any takers!

I have a method that could make a ceramic cement based MDF or OSB board with such a waste. The source must be close to be viable for me, however, I could teach you how to do it onsite. Jonathan

I have been working with MDF dust also, I am in a area with plenty supply of dust, how could we work together, Toney
