My tile guy laid saltillos directly on pressure treated treads on an exterior stairway.  About half of them have popped off in 10 days.  Any suggestions.

I wouldn't install any tile work directly to PT, as the PT was shrinking, warping or twisting - it was breaking the bond.
I don't even like the application of satillo on an exterior tread as being a good idea


They will all pop off, I would find a more compatible covering
