I would like to stucco over painted concrete block in FLorida. I am interested in synthetic stucco, but cannot find detailed DIY information. Any body know where to look??  Jim

Do you mean like dryvet? try googling dryvet.

Google Dryvit, Master Wall, Sto for external insulation and finish systems (EIFS).  Google synthetic stucco or EIFS for more brand names.
