I know CEB as Compressed Earth Building or Compressed Earth Bricks.  A few years ago, a company called QuickBrick USA, LLC near Orlando (Sorrento, FL) announced that they would soon be building homes from bricks made from compressed dirt.  I did see the bricks they produced.  Very impressive.  I do not know if this company managed to build any homes.    The web site that they had no longer responds.  Here is an article I did find:  http://www.mmdnewswire.com/new-interlocking-brick-for-home-construction-can-withstand-240-mph-winds-512-2.html
