xps vs eps

Hi all ,
Just came across some interesting data about xps and eps.
XPS is great for density but not sure i'd use it myself for underlayment regarding concrete floors after reading this ! Check out the link.

Here in MN a vapor barrier (below the XPS) is required. You must also consider XPS below radiant floors drier by virtue of the radiant heat applied. In New Mexico, AZ and S. Texas not really an issue. As the article points out XPS is clearly hygroscopic.
When in doubt use Crete Heat.
