Hi All,
I'm a recently certified green building professional through builditgreen.org. I would like to build a small showcase project for the purpose of demonstrating green building principals and practices to my clients. Or anyone else for that matter. I am looking for 2 things;
1. Any available financing for this type of project.
2. I would like to have a very professional presentation for any potential investors and would appreciate any input and/or resources that anyone has to offer. Considerations for enhancing my plans, preparing a good business plan etc. would be very much appreciated. The implementation  and prioritization of features will be dependant on available financing. Consider it a joint effort for green building awareness.
Thank You

The site suggested above would not open. Getting "Internet Explorer cannot open the site http://........."
Sounds interesting.
