Hi all,

I'm going to be building a new home in the next 6 months, for roof covering, I'm thinking of using Decra Shingles. Anyone out there used them?? Pros and Cons, cost (per 100 sq. ft)

Great Forum

My residential project in Florence Alabama used the type of metal shingles you mentioned.  I do not remember the brand name but I know that two of the brand names are basically the same.  After the metal shingles were installed, people standing in the street thought they were regular fiberglass shingles.  In other words, from about 50 feet away, the public did not notice the difference.
