I have a nonprofit that works in housing in rural GA. A local owner is donating some low-income apartments to us in January. I plan to demo and build new, only 32-36 units. I want to go Green and reach high with it. I am seeking an architect with ideas, designs and insights. Also, if anyone has info on Green building materials and processes that work, I am all ears. Additionally, we will have to set up temp housing for the residents, so if anyone has info on used trailers please forward.
