Does anyone have experience with the Blue85 wind turbine? We are thinking of powering about 5 homes in our small development and wondering if this could do the job. Thanks   re: blue85.com

Hi Crash, I don't believe the Blue 85 will handle the load of 5 households. It would definitely offset energy costs, but it's only going to give you about 5Kw@10mph. Although it has substantial power producing properties, it probably won't do for an off-grid application. Hope this helps..Roland
