My house is 26 X 34.  I have rough wired for exterior lighting on each side of all corners of the house.  My idea has always been to 'bathe' the house in light, another word light up the exterior of the house with out having ourward spot lighting or flood lighting.

Does anyone have any suggestions.  I have found that the traditional flood/spot lighting cannot be aimed more than about 60 degrees down due to the housing.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.  I have attached a picture.

They make fixtures just for that purpose, here is one online retailer as an example.

I switched to low volttage/high power (3W) Cree LEDs and like them.

jonr,

All my rough wiring is high voltage, can you still use that system?

Nevermind jonr, I found out what you are talking about, I am going to try them.  They look great.
