Moved into our new ICF home in early May, located in the mid-west. Heat and humidity have been unbearable outside while we have enjoyed a very comfortable interior, only running the AC about an hour a day to get the humidity down. At the same time, neighbors have had their AC's running full tilt. We just got our electric bill Saturday and shows we used only 491 kW last month-----our old home would have been 1000+. Just hope the winter experiences with heating are as enjoyable!

Nice to hear about your success! Can you tell us about the other features such as ceiling insulation, window and doors etc. that add to the ICF?
