Hi all!

It has been a short while since I have logged in and the site looks and feels different.

I have gotten to know many of you experienced builders, contractors, and ICF installers and have proven leads to many of you as well.  My question now is - I am permitted to post here looking for installers in a specific area when I have a sales lead.  I won't intend to advertise, post my URL or solicit in any way.  I just want to get you guys leads when I can and help us both out.

I truly enjoy the knowledge you all share and have learned alot from the group as well.  Most of you I have talked to on the phone and respect your business.  Your feedback and/or moderator input would be appreciated.  Good luck and best wishes in 2007!

Dave that is precisely what you should do. We use many icf forms. And we honor the leads delivered to us by each form company. I see it this way. Your lead is a gift to me that I receive " for free". I don't have to attend a Home show or advertise for that lead. And if I honor your lead and perform good workmanship, you will deliver more leads down the road. Eldon Howe

Actually, Dave the advertisers on the side bar have paid to be there, that's exactly why they don't want you advertising. If you want to post an installer wanted in this area thats fine as Eldon has stated above, but you have to leave out the Fox Blocks advertising along with any other advertising intentions. Installers can contact you by clicking on your post and sending a Email to you direct.

Eldon & Dave,

I guessed as much.  The site has tightened their advertising rules somewhat and I didn't want to be in violation.  When I have an installer request I will leave an email reply back.  I hope it is ok to leave the logo to the left under my name.  I respect what you guys do and only want to help when I can.  Best wishes!

Seriously Dave...the logo brings to mind sly like a fox...a fox in the hen house that is.  One of the reasons this site is appealing to me is the free flow of information and experience to draw upon minus the sells pitch.

I understand wanting to promote yourself and the block you sell but I agree with walltech "you have to leave out the Fox Blocks advertising along with any other advertising intentions" and my opinion is that includes leaving out the logo.

Good Luck!

I'm going to suggest a slightly different tact. Assuming Fox Blocks at some time does take out some advertising, why not leave the logo during a simple post looking for an installer in a certain area.

Take Care
