I was considering a basement to functioning as an artesian rain runoff system holding tank and thought it may be practical to place a geothermic pump system under the floor.

Has anyone:

Used ICF basement and if so their cost $/SF ( I am California)

Used Geothermic pumps and if so min. depth and cost vs savings.

Also appreciate any company references’ for materials.

Thank,

John
