ICF Waterproofing, Anyone use MarFlex Quickseal? I have a quote for $.90 a sq-ft. A while back, I got a block coated and it looks fine. Still very flexible after 2 months exposure to the sun. By looking at their website, it's not their "top of the line" stuff. We plan to back fill with drainage gravel most of the way up to reduce loading and to have good drainage. Patrick T.
