I'm looking at a house built with ICF. They didn't run cable into the master bedroom and I'm wondering how difficult it will be to run cable into the bedroom? Are the internal walls ICF construction also or does it vary?

Good chance the interior walls are just framed, so a trip to the attic or basement with some measurements and you should be fine fishing in a cable.
