Has anyone had any experience with using the AAC precast floor panels with ICF. Like any other product AAC has its pros and cons but the idea of using the floor panels in an ICF construction really intrigues me.

Here are the pros that I can think of.

Faster construction than pour in place concrete.
Lighter than pour in place and specially precast concrete slabs.
No moisture related issues of wood floors.
Higher fire rating than the wood floors.
Superior sound transmission rating to the other traditional materials.
Higher Insulation value than the other traditional materials(just the right insulation value inside a thermal envelope).
Workability similar to wood's but with the characteristics of concrete.
A lot less thermal bridging than concrete if used as exterior decking connected to the ICF walls.

The cons I can think of are,

Availability might be an issue since there aren't many manufacturers and suppliers and distance would add to the cost.
Low compressive strength.
More of an unknown product in the US so not much real world feedback.

Please feel free to add to the cons or pros for that matter.

I don't have any hands-on experience, but I think AAC is a very interesting product. I did however think of a few cons not on your list:

An AAC floor will not have built-in room for chases or ducts (some concrete floors don't either, but compare it to steel trusses). And normally AAC would be easy to bore through for vents and plumbing, but the floor panels however have reinforcing steel mesh inside of them.

And although AAC is relatively light, the floor panels are big and you'll likely need a crane to set them in place.
