I am planning on building a green development for low income or miliatary (close to a airforce base) 8 fourplexes in northern California and I always hear of finacial assistance for so many of these types of projects but I don't know who to contact to see if they realy exist. It won't pencil out without some help. Does anybody have any idea who I might hire to research it and who knows the grant/assistance programs available? Has anyone ever seen a development that has had this kind of support. Do you know who found the funding? I have so many questions. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
