I started this project last week.

A builder here in Carbondale, IL had enough forms left over from a job 4 years ago. I bought them for a few favors. I thought 3 courses would be enough for a crawlspace. The grader thought otherwise. To make a long story short, I need 10 to 20 forms to finish the next course. I will build a knee wall and use foam insulation to finish it up, but the front grade is the trouble.
Does anyone have some left over forms from a job?
Reddi form has been terrific with responding and will ship me some, but the freight is over $400. from the manufacturer in WI. using a online quote with ABF. That is the worst case.
Anyone closer? Any ideas on how to finish with a below grade knee wall?
Best regards,

For no more forms then you need, they should be sendable by UPS for much less than truck. Is that an option?

Or an LTL, it may change several times between them and you but would be substantially less

Any local suppliers with a form the same dimensions? You don't have to use the same form. It just might require some easy modification at the joints from one to the other and additional braces if the T&G don't work together.
