Brick support over windows

We have brickledge installed on our ICF wall to support brick veneer. However, I was wondering about installing brick above windows. Do we need a brick ledge over top of the windows as well?
What is the proper way to support brick veneer over windows and doors?

your brick layer should take care of that with 'L' angle steel.

I found out when I had my brick done that you can get a vinyl cover to fit over the steel angle. It dresses it up and is maintenance free. All of this should be available at your brickyard.
