Yep. I worked on Sun valley Community Church in Gilbert AZ. The dimensions were somewhere around 400' x 100' with walls up to 45'. Why do you ask?

I'm trying to get a sense of the feasibility of it and what recommendations may be made for the roof - would pilasters be typical for something this size. We just built a 40ft by 100ft 18ft tall and a wood truss roof was very simple so I'm wondering how much more complicated this might be. Your experiences and opinions would be appreciated. thanks

On the job I mentioned above the trusses were steel and spanned from one side to the other. I have a business profile here http://briz.com/bprofile.cfm?bid=1403 that you can see. If you click on the picture it will enlarge.

Aaron
That's what I was looking for. Is that a 100ft steel truss?

It has been a couple years and I don't have the plans with me so from what I can remember I'm going to guess somewhere around 80'. I could be wrong, if I can find the dimensions I will let you know.

I will be building a 5-6 thousand sf building and want to go as wide as I can, economically. What is a good max width for a hip roof and inexpensive trusses? I was also thinking of doing a center wall.

You need to have a expansion joint approximately every 75 ft. of wall run to allow for the concrete to expand or shrink. This can be done with a pvc membrane that the poured wall guys use.
