I have been reviewing post with this topic and have not found exactly what I was looking for so I thought that I would ask. I have an ARXX foundation with traditional stick building on top. The builder placed the waterproof membrane on the sides and back of the house right up to the sill plate. In the front of the house and parts on the side the membrane does not come all the way to the sill leaving exposed blocks. So my question is this....should I finish the membrane all the way around the house then add lathe to the grade level and then add a coat or two of surface bonding cement or should I try and cut and peal off the membrane to grade exposing the block all the way around the house and finish with an acrylic brush on produce? I am just not sure how to go....any of your thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks!!!
