Hello All-

I was wondering if I could get some basic ICF home pricing information.....I want to price a basement slab, ICF basement, and ICF Walls.

I am also looking to gather pricing information on roof options.....how expensive are single plane ICF roofs? SIPS?

The house will be 36' x 50' Single story. standard ceiling heights through out....again a typical rectangle house with no out of the ordinary features and 2 exterior doors and 9 window openings. And is located in southwest virginia.

I know these prices cant be incredibly accurate, I'm just roughly trying to get an estimate right now.

I was very interested in polysteel ICF's because of the steel studs and being able to attach things like cabinets directly to them.......

Thanks for the information.

I hate to punt but the answers to your questions would be best if received from the local contractors you choose to work with. Any other answers could be way off base.

Josh,

I am in Staunton, VA and may be able to assist you if you are interested. I can be reached at renangle@hotmail.com or 540-910-2904. As a distributer we have been involved with building over 240 ICF homes in Virginia so we can try to provide you builders, subcontractors, or possibly we can assist you a DIYer. The DIYer would depend to a certain degree as to where you specifically are located. Southwest Virginia can really go far Southwest!

Thanks,

renangle
