The house I'm designing is going to have 2 or 3 decks that don't need to be insulated. What are some good systems that aren't insulated? Should I consider traditional removable forms? I'm looking at spans up to around 30 ft, but could go as low as 10 or 15 with a bit more interior structure such as concrete or steel beams.
Thanks for any info

Any notes of how suitable these are for DIY? Do I need a crane for the steel joists, or is it possible to do without for some systems?

We use a lot of hollow core precast planks around here.

Have set many steel floor joist concrete floor systems including Motels by hand. We have even done pitched roofs and insulated concrete forms combined, all set by hand. We use SpeedFloor.
Thanks,
Tom

another contender for deck span/floor span systems is the new Ecospan by Vulcraft. Website www.ecospan-usa.com
