Dont you worry about hanging a picture on the wall and making sure you hit the nailing feature of the ICF ?

Or do alot of people put up a thing osb throughout the interior covered with sheetrock so you will always have something to nail to ?  IE. Kitchen Cabinets etc?

Really? Really? so on a wood stud wall you ALWAYS hang pictures where the studs are? think about it.

And where kitchen canbinets get placed there are a number of ways to attach to hold the loads. OSB backing, or simpson ICF-VL plates, etc.

just get a stud finder - works on almost all ICFs - call up the manufacturer and they'll tell you if stud finders work on their system.
most icf pullout & shear ratings go from 150lb to 300lb per screw - be it #6 or #8.
