Welcome to the forum and good luck on your upcoming build. You are fortunate to be in Kentucky as that is where a significant amount of ICF is currently being done (especially Bowling Green). I would contact the following as they have both been involved with larger projects in Kentucky:

| My wife and I are looking at building in central Kentucky (Frankfort area). Thanks to all for the help. I've been reading this forum for some time now, and the information I've found has been priceless. I'm sure I'll be posting many more questions as I research ICF building further. |

| We have been in the ICF business for 10 years. We have done basements, residential houses, and commercial. We are currently working in Bowling Green, KY. Louisville, KY. and Lexington, KY. We would be more than happy to look at your drawings or if you do not have any please let us know and we would be happy to help draw some up with you. Also we have our own waterproofing company, with a 25 year written warranty.
