I am looking for a manufacturer who produces panels 9' by 24'.

I want the crane to do the work; I don't want to be carting all those small, but heavy panels around the perimeter.
And I don't want all those seams.

Mr. Ball,
I am with you.  The larger the panel the better.  Unfortunately I have only found 8' x 24' to be the largest panels available.  If you find 9' x_', let me know.

I thought that I replied to this last night?

Anyway, I haven't seen anything larger than jumbos(8' x 24') either. And, these large panels would work until you hit a large window or a door. Then most manufacturers, will start another panel.

9' 1 1/8" by 24' would be really cool if someone wants to start an OSB plant, but I think the issue is shipping. 8' fit on a truck.

There is a 9 X 24' press located in Virginia. The R-Control plant is located in Winchester about an hour West of Washington DC. The press was designed in-house using four foot modules and has the capacity to actually press 9 x 28. The press went into action in 1997 if memory serves me. The OSB supplier is Norboard out of Canada.
Shipping is not a major issue with a nine foot load. A permit from DOT and some restrictions on time of travel in urban areas are the only hurdles.
I know this because I managed the Virginia plant for ten years and designed the press. I also know that the current owners of that facility have suspended all panel production. The excuse was lack of Winter work. ??????
