I am closing on a lot at the end of July. I am my own GC on this project. Home is 3400 sq ft Craftsman with 2 living levels and garage under. Subs are pretty much lined up except for the framers. Currently it looks like Enercept will be the supplier. Looking for SIP experienced framers. If you are interested in quoting I can forward the details. Building Site is 20 miles out of Portland Oregon. Estimate framing will take place mid to late September.
