This 14,000 sq. ft. Office condo - Tampa, FL. is built with all 6" steel SIPs, designed for 140 MPH wind loads - owner states cost was less than conventional and reduced insurance premium for all steel construction.
Shell was erected in just 8 days with a 4 man crew
