Is it possible to use SiPs in steel or concrete frame building? What is the maximum height (storey numbers) of the structure in this case?

If you are using a pre-engineered steel building, then the SIPS would be a non structural skin just as in a timberframe application. The steel main frames and substructures provide all the support. So the building can be whatever size you and your steel engineer design for. A word of caution, most steel building packages are designed with lower dead load ratings. Make sure that yours has an increased dead load rating to compensate for the added weight of the SIPS.
