Using th Kwik-Build Panels which are 1.3 to 1.5 lbs/sq for your ceiling is very easy. For your roof you can use what ever, from trusses to a shed stile w/ joise. Combining our wall panels with with ceiling panels will give you a very thermal envelope and still maintaining the roof style you like.
