What's the most efficient and cost effective housewrap to use on OSB SIPs with Fiber Cement Siding & Stucco?

It's apparent that Tyvek has the greatest market share and name recognition, but then again...
Typar's literature claims:
Typar trap tear is 33/30 Tyvek is 6/6
Typar has UV protection up to 6 months and Tyvek is 4 months
Typar passes all 3 of the WRB test Tyrek only passes 2
Typar hydrostatic head test is 865Tyvek is 210
Typar is not effected by surfactant tyvek is
[surfactants is anything that effects the water hold out of a product--cedar and redwood gives off surfactants]
Typar breathability helps to control solar driven moisture
Typar will not deteriate
Typar is also energy star and has leed points

Dupont's Tyvek's literature states that Typar product is manufactured differently, (meaning not as good?).

Then there's WeatherSmart by Fortifiber.  And I see there's a new kid on the block called Breathe EZ, by KB Building Products???
Another newer wrap is GreenGuard by Pactiv, which also makes a RainDrop Housewrap that looks interesting.

Some of the building scientists that lecture at the NAHB home shows say that felt paper is much better than any house wrap since the perm value changes according to how wet it is.  They say that some of the problems that we are now seeing are caused by the new house wraps since the water vapor is trapped.
