This is an excellent installation job for this "first time" South Carolina owner/builder using steel SIPs. All cutting was done in field for this "cut up" roof and walls.
Job is 3 stories high in rear with walk out basement, tallest balloon framed wall is 35 feet tall. There is no floor system yet in any of the structure

Chris,
Nice looking project.
In the third photo, there appears to a gap between the garage gable roof framing and the main house roof. Is this an optical delusion, or real. If it is real, how do you deal with this problem?

Wes;

not a gap, it is a pre bent 18 ga. galv. steel - top half of the valley reciever, tying the 2 roofs together.
