Michel, as in Manhattan or one of the other boroughs? I did hear about one project in NYC a while back. They had some difficulty with the agencies, but did end up building. But I can't remember if it was SIPs or ICFs. As I recall, it was about 5 or 6 years ago.

Thanks! I know the one with ICFs , which I actually visited. The architect was Petrarca. It was 3 adjacent luxury Townhouses in Tribeca. He also used Geothermal Heat. A great project !

Does the sixth borough count? 100khouse.com in Philly. They use SIPS for infill development.
